Chris Filley

Chris, a published author, works in the medical world, and finds that time at the piano provides a source of balance and perspective. His musical influences range from Beethoven to the Beatles, with contributions from jazz, country rock, and folk music.

Dave Shapiro

Balancing the polyphonic capabilities of the piano with the sonority of the cello, Dave's guitar finds plenty of opportunity in the Local Color landscape. In addition to the musical motivation delivered real-time by his cohorts, Dave is inspired by Debussy, Mercer, Bob Wills, Buck Owens, and "anyone who ever thoughtfully expressed their worldview through music." Dave daylights as a software engineer, with scheduled breaks for honky-tonkin' on the weekends.
